02Who Operates Value Yoga

Value Yoga is an ecommerce brand operated by Manyany LLC (“Value Yoga,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our business location is Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA.

References to the “store” or “services” include the website, catalog, cart, checkout, accounts, forms, reviews, order tracking, support, and related integrations.

03Eligibility and Authority

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract where you live. People who have not reached the age of legal majority may use the store only with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use Value Yoga if doing so would violate applicable law, sanctions, export restrictions, payment-network rules, or a prior suspension from the store.

04The Store and Its Products

Value Yoga sells yoga clothing, activewear, fitness apparel, accessories, and related goods. Products are intended for ordinary personal use unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

We may add, remove, discontinue, restrict, replace, or modify products, categories, features, prices, promotions, shipping regions, payment methods, and store functionality at any time.

06Product Information, Images, Colors, and Availability

We work to keep product titles, descriptions, measurements, materials, images, prices, inventory, and other information useful and accurate. However, supplier data, displays, photography, manufacturing batches, translations, conversions, and human or technical errors can create differences.

• Colors may vary by screen, lighting, dye lot, production batch, or photography.
• Measurements are approximate and may vary by size, stretch, method, or manufacturing tolerance.
• Product packaging, tags, minor trim, or non-material details may change.
• Inventory indicators and shipping estimates are not guarantees.
• “Eco,” recycled, certified, skin-safe, UPF, or similar claims apply only when supported for the specific product or material described.

We may correct an error, update a listing, request confirmation, offer a remedy, or cancel an affected order. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

07Prices, Taxes, Currency, Coupons, and Promotions

Prices, sale amounts, reference prices, discounts, shipping charges, taxes, duties, and currency conversions may change. The amount presented at checkout controls unless an obvious or material error is identified before fulfillment.

• Coupons and promotions may have eligibility, product, customer, quantity, geographic, timing, or combination limits.
• We may reject, revoke, or correct a promotion used through error, abuse, automation, duplication, manipulation, or violation of its terms.
• Unless checkout states otherwise, customers are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, import fees, brokerage, or government charges not collected by us.

08Orders, Acceptance, Limits, and Cancellation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A cart, checkout screen, pending payment, automated email, or order-number assignment confirms receipt—not final acceptance.

We may accept, reject, limit, hold, request verification for, or cancel an order before shipment for reasons including:

• Product or supplier unavailability.
• Pricing, description, inventory, coupon, tax, shipping, or technical error.
• Payment failure, chargeback history, identity concern, fraud risk, or inconsistent information.
• Unreasonable quantity, resale concern, automated ordering, or promotion abuse.
• Shipping restriction, sanctions, customs, safety, legal, platform, or carrier issue.
• Suspected infringement, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

If we cancel after payment, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original method or another lawful method. Processing time depends on the payment provider.

09Payment Authorization and Fraud Review

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amount shown at checkout, including disclosed shipping, tax, and other charges. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate.

Payment providers, banks, wallets, or fraud services may place authorization holds, request verification, decline transactions, delay settlement, or apply their own terms. We are not responsible for a bank or provider’s independent action, fee, exchange rate, or processing delay.

10Shipping, Delivery, Tracking, Customs, and Risk

Our Shipping and Logistics Policy and available checkout disclosures are incorporated into these Terms.

• Processing and delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
• Tracking may update slowly, change carriers, show limited scans, or become available after dispatch.
• Weather, customs, inspections, holidays, carrier capacity, incorrect addresses, remote areas, supplier delays, labor events, emergencies, and other events may delay delivery.
• International customers may be responsible for duties, VAT, import tax, brokerage, collection fees, or customs requirements unless checkout clearly states otherwise.
• You must provide a complete, accurate, deliverable address and promptly review order confirmations.

Risk of loss and legal title pass as required by applicable law and the delivery terms presented for the order. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, and Order Problems

Our Returns and Exchanges Policy is incorporated into these Terms and controls product eligibility, return windows, condition requirements, instructions, exclusions, exchanges, refunds, and defective or incorrect items.

Contact us promptly if an order is missing, damaged, defective, incorrect, materially different from the listing, or marked delivered but not received. We may request photos, packaging details, tracking information, measurements, or other reasonable evidence needed to investigate.

Refunds are sent to the original payment method when reasonably possible. Financial institutions determine when funds become available. Shipping, duties, and fees are refundable only when required by law or stated in the applicable policy.

12Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact, shipping, billing, size, color, and payment information.
• Review measurements, materials, care instructions, product restrictions, and policies before ordering.
• Use products reasonably, safely, and consistently with labels and instructions.
• Inspect deliveries and report problems within applicable policy or legal periods.
• Do not misuse chargebacks or payment disputes instead of first allowing a reasonable opportunity to address a legitimate issue.
• Comply with import, customs, age, resale, safety, sanctions, and other laws applicable to you.

13Accounts and Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and all activity under your account. Do not share passwords or use another person’s account without permission.

We may require verification, reset credentials, restrict features, suspend access, or close an account when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, inactivity, abuse, chargebacks, or Terms violations.

14Reviews, Messages, Photos, and Other User Content

If you submit a review, rating, photo, comment, suggestion, or other content, you retain ownership of your original content but grant Manyany LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, moderate, publish, display, adapt for layout or accessibility, and use that content in connection with Value Yoga and its promotion.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and that the content is accurate to your experience, lawful, non-infringing, non-deceptive, not malicious, and does not expose another person’s private information.

We may decline, remove, redact, organize, or moderate content for relevance, privacy, safety, spam, fraud, legal risk, technical reasons, or policy violations. We are not required to publish every submission.

15Acceptable Use, Bots, Scraping, and Abuse

You may use the store for ordinary lawful shopping and personal browsing. You may not:

• Attack, probe, bypass, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the store, checkout, accounts, APIs, security, rate limits, or access controls.
• Use malicious bots, credential stuffing, automated checkout, inventory hoarding, coupon abuse, fake accounts, fraudulent orders, or deceptive payment activity.
• Scrape, copy, download, republish, train on, aggregate, or commercially exploit substantial store content without written authorization, except where applicable law clearly permits it.
• Submit malware, harmful code, spam, false reviews, unlawful content, impersonation, or another person’s personal information.
• Use Value Yoga trademarks, product content, data, or systems to confuse customers or falsely suggest affiliation.

Search engines and other automated systems may access publicly available pages only when consistent with our technical controls, robots directives, rate limits, and applicable written authorization.

16Intellectual Property

Value Yoga’s names, logos, page design, original text, graphics, software, arrangement, branding, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Manyany LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Third-party product images, descriptions, marks, certifications, supplier materials, marketplace data, or other content remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners. No license is granted except the limited right to use the store for its intended purpose.

17Third-Party Services, Suppliers, Marketplaces, and APIs

The store may rely on or link to payment processors, carriers, suppliers, marketplaces, advertising networks, analytics providers, social networks, email providers, security services, and other third parties. These services may be unavailable, delayed, changed, or governed by their own terms.

Value Yoga may use approved marketplace or supplier integrations—including AliExpress or Alibaba-related APIs—for product discovery, catalog maintenance, pricing and availability, purchasing, fulfillment, logistics, customer support, reconciliation, security, and related operations. Non-public marketplace information is used only for authorized commerce and platform-compliance purposes; it is not offered as a standalone data product. Access tokens, API keys, supplier credentials, and non-public integration data are confidential and may not be obtained, tested, copied, disclosed, or used without authorization.

We are responsible for our own store and commitments, not a third party’s independent platform, seller, carrier, payment, privacy, availability, or content decisions.

18Fitness, Yoga, and Health Disclaimer

Value Yoga sells clothing and related products. We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, fitness instruction, or individualized health advice through product descriptions, articles, social posts, reviews, or store content.

Choose appropriate clothing and activity for your body, environment, and circumstances. Consult a qualified professional when you have a health condition, injury, pregnancy, medication concern, or uncertainty about physical activity.

19Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free content, and compatibility, except where a warranty cannot legally be disclaimed.

We do not guarantee continuous availability, exact color reproduction, uninterrupted tracking, delivery by a particular date, permanent stock, error-free supplier data, a particular fit or appearance, or that a product will produce a health, athletic, aesthetic, or performance result.

Products remain subject to express written warranties, mandatory consumer guarantees, and remedies that apply by law.

20Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manyany LLC and its owners, personnel, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages; lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, or business interruption; or damages arising from third-party services, supplier delays, carrier events, unauthorized account access, or use outside a product’s intended purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from an order or the store will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Value Yoga for the product or transaction giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including rights and remedies preserved by mandatory consumer law.

21Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Manyany LLC and its owners, personnel, affiliates, and providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the store, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, fraudulent activity, malicious content, unauthorized automation, or misuse of an account or product.

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct or for matters that cannot legally be shifted.

22Service Changes, Corrections, Suspension, and Termination

We may update, correct, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any product, page, account, feature, promotion, integration, shipping method, payment method, or service when reasonably necessary.

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, attacks, unlawful conduct, security risk, chargeback misuse, intellectual-property violation, sanctions, nonpayment, or breach of these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive—including payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and indemnity—remain effective after termination.

23Governing Law and Disputes

Unless mandatory law in your location provides otherwise, these Terms and disputes involving Value Yoga or Manyany LLC are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us with a good-faith description of the issue and allow 30 days for an attempted informal resolution. This does not prevent urgent injunctive relief, a timely chargeback where legally appropriate, a small-claims filing, or use of a government or consumer-protection process.

Unless mandatory consumer law permits another forum, disputes not resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in or serving Fulton County, New Mexico. Each party consents to that forum and jurisdiction.

24General Terms

• Entire agreement: These Terms, incorporated policies, checkout disclosures, and product-specific terms form the agreement concerning the store and an order.
• Priority: A product-specific or checkout term controls for that product or transaction when it clearly conflicts with these general Terms. Mandatory law always controls.
• Severability: If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum necessary, and the rest remains effective.
• No waiver: A delay or failure to enforce a term is not a waiver.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your account or these Terms without consent. We may transfer them in connection with a restructuring, financing, sale, merger, or transfer of the store or business.
• Electronic communications: You agree to receive agreements, receipts, notices, and records electronically where lawful.
• Force majeure: We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, subject to mandatory consumer remedies.
• Updates: We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
