Track your order

Let’s find your package.

Shipping can cross a surprising number of handoffs. This is where all of those scans, transfers, and status updates turn back into one simple trail.

Use the tracking tool below to check the latest available shipment information. If your order was split into multiple parcels, each shipment may move on its own schedule.

  • Live shipment lookup
  • Carrier updates in one place
  • Split parcels may track separately

Shipment lookup

Follow the trail.

Enter the information requested by the tracking tool. The result comes from the shipment data available for your order and the delivery networks handling it.

If this message stays here, refresh the page. If the tracker is still unavailable, send us your order details and we’ll help.

Reading the status

Four little phrases. One very long trip.

Carrier language can be strangely dramatic for a box of leggings. These are the common milestones in plain English.

01

Info Received

The carrier has received shipment information and is preparing for or waiting on the physical parcel.

02

In Transit

Your shipment is moving through the delivery network. It may pass through several facilities and handoffs along the way.

03

Out for Delivery

The parcel has reached the local delivery stage and is on the final leg toward the destination.

04

Delivered

The carrier has marked the shipment as delivered. Check the indicated delivery location and nearby safe-drop areas if needed.

When tracking gets weird

Two common reasons not to panic yet.

No new scan

Tracking can go quiet between handoffs.

International shipments can spend time moving between networks, customs, hubs, or destination carriers without producing a customer-visible scan at every step.

Could not find order

Check which number you entered.

An order number and a carrier tracking number are not the same thing. Recheck the requested field, spelling, email or phone information, and the number itself before trying again.

Tracking Q&A

A few useful translations.

The tracker shows the latest data available to it. Sometimes knowing what it cannot tell you yet is just as useful.

“Pending” means detailed tracking information is not available yet. That can happen before a tracking number is active, before the carrier publishes its first update, or while shipment data is still being matched.

A shipment can continue moving while customer-facing tracking is quiet. International handoffs, customs processing, and transfers between networks can create gaps between visible scans.

Items from one checkout can be fulfilled from different locations, so the order may be split into multiple parcels. Each parcel can have its own route, tracking number, and delivery date.

Check the carrier’s delivery detail, mailbox or parcel locker, building reception, household members, and nearby safe-drop areas first. If the parcel is still missing, contact us with the order and tracking information so we can help investigate.

Not necessarily. Delivery estimates are planning ranges, not guarantees. Customs, holidays, weather, local carrier conditions, service interruptions, and route changes can all extend a shipment. If it is well beyond the normal range, contact us and we will look into it.

Trail gone cold?

Send us the order. We’ll help follow it.

If the tracking data is unclear, the shipment is well past its expected range, or the parcel appears to be stuck, send us what you have and we’ll take a look.
