Order processed
We process the order within 1 business day and send the fulfillment information to the appropriate warehouse or partner.
Shipping & logistics
Your order can cross warehouses, borders, sorting hubs, and local delivery networks before it reaches your door. We think you should know what that journey actually looks like.
Value Yoga works with manufacturers, distributors, fulfillment partners, and delivery networks around the world. Depending on what you order, different items may begin their trip in different places or arrive in separate packages.
How an order moves
The exact route changes by product and destination, but the basic flow stays simple. Processing and transit are separate clocks.
We process the order within 1 business day and send the fulfillment information to the appropriate warehouse or partner.
The warehouse generally takes up to 3 business days to prepare, package, and hand the order into the delivery network.
The parcel moves through the applicable transport, sorting, customs, and destination network. Tracking may update unevenly between handoffs.
A destination carrier handles the final leg to your address. This is often when tracking becomes most detailed and recognizable.
Typical transit after dispatch
These ranges are practical planning guides for common routes. The actual trip depends on product origin, destination, customs, local delivery conditions, and the carrier handling each stage.
The estimates above begin after dispatch. Allow the order-processing and warehouse-preparation period first. Weekends, holidays, customs reviews, severe weather, service interruptions, and remote-area delivery can add time.
The logistics reality
Because products can be fulfilled by different partners or locations, a single checkout may become more than one shipment. That is normal, and it does not mean the rest of your order has been forgotten.
Items from the same order may travel separately and arrive on different days. You may also receive more than one tracking number when separate parcels are created.
International packages may be reviewed by customs. Import taxes, duties, or other destination-country charges are the customer’s responsibility when they apply.
A package can move between logistics networks before final delivery, so tracking may pause, change format, or become more detailed only after the destination carrier receives it.
We ship internationally to many destinations, but some addresses or regions may not be serviceable. If an order cannot be delivered to the submitted destination, we will contact you.
Shipping Q&A
Shipping has enough moving parts already. These are the answers worth keeping close.
After dispatch. We first process the order within 1 business day, and the warehouse generally needs up to 3 business days to prepare and ship it. The regional transit estimate begins after that handoff.
Products can be fulfilled from different locations, so one order may be divided into separate parcels. Those parcels can have different tracking numbers and delivery dates.
International tracking is not always continuous. Updates can pause while a parcel is between networks, moving through customs, or waiting for the destination carrier to scan it into the local system.
No. They are useful estimates. Customs, holidays, weather, service interruptions, destination geography, local carrier conditions, and other events outside Value Yoga’s control can change the actual delivery date.
Possibly. Destination-country customs authorities can assess duties, taxes, or other import charges. When those charges apply, they are the customer’s responsibility.
Contact us with your order information and we will investigate the shipment. A delay does not automatically mean a parcel is lost, especially when customs or a carrier handoff is involved.
Still wondering where it is?
If a shipment has moved beyond the normal estimate or something about the tracking does not make sense, send us the details and we will take a look.
