Easy to breastfeed in since it’s strappy. I would simply pull a cup down when I needed to feed. I don’t think it’s supportive enough if you’re doing lots of jumping exercises but definitely good enough for a lifting day. You can expect some underboob as it rises up a bit during movement.

I love this set, I wore this for an entire half marathon! it was super comfortable and pretty sweat wicking. it felt supportive, although I knew it wouldn’t be crazy supportive with those small straps. my back did hurt a little by the end but that might not have been the bra’s fault.
